By effectively removing dust, residues, water droplets, hair, impurities, and leftover product remnants from both the interior and exterior of containers, the machine prevents cross-contamination, maintains product purity, and helps extend shelf life.
Investing in a reliable cosmetic bottle washer not only enhances production efficiency but also protects brand reputation by delivering clean, visually appealing packaging that builds consumer trust. Whether you’re running a small-batch cosmetic line or large-scale manufacturing, the right bottle washing solution is essential for consistent quality and GMP compliance.
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

A Cosmetic Bottle Washing Machine is a specialized industrial system designed to thoroughly clean and sanitize empty bottles, jars, and containers (glass, PET, or plastic) before filling them with lotions, creams, serums, shampoos, and other personal care products. It removes dust, residues, and contaminants to ensure product safety, purity, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in the cosmetics industry.
Standard models include ARBW-64 (up to 60 bottles per minute) and ARBW-100 (up to 100 bottles per minute). The machine handles containers with diameters of 25–100 mm, neck diameters of 20–38 mm, and heights up to 280 mm (with change parts).
Key features include Geneva mechanism for precise indexing, four inner + one outer + one air wash, customizable wash sequences, stationary stainless steel nozzles to prevent contamination and chipping, easy loading/unloading, individual solenoid valves for water saving, higher-capacity centrifugal pumps, portable tank/pump stands, and a separate control panel.
Bottles are loaded onto a rotating platform, inverted in specially designed holders, and processed through indexed stations. High-pressure spraying showers clean the interior and exterior while solenoid valves control timing and media flow. The inverted position ensures effective drainage, followed by air blowing for a clean, dry finish ready for filling.
It enhances product safety by preventing contamination, ensures aesthetic perfection for premium packaging, supports regulatory compliance (GMP/FDA), offers versatile handling of various bottle shapes/sizes, reduces labor and resource consumption, and integrates seamlessly into cosmetic production lines for consistent quality and brand reputation.
