Key Features & Working Principle

Bottle Washing Machine requires the operator to manually load the bottles (glass or PET) upside down onto the washing nozzles or holding cups.

Once loaded and the safety guard/cover is closed, the operator presses the start button.

High-pressure water/air jets (inner & outer cleaning) automatically spray into and onto the bottles for a pre-set time.

Multiple washing cycles can be performed (e.g., external wash → internal DM/water wash → air cleaning → final purified air drying).

After the cycle completes, the machine stops automatically, and the operator manually unloads the clean & dry bottles.
