Key Features & Working Principle

Rotary Bottle Washing Machine features a rotary turret/indexing table with bottle holders/grippers that rotate continuously or intermittently.

Bottles are manually loaded (or via optional conveyor) upside-down onto the bottle holders.

As the turret rotates, bottles pass sequentially through multiple washing stations:

Pre-washing with recycled water

Internal & external washing with fresh water/detergent

Air blowing for water drainage

Final rinsing with DM/distilled water or purified water

Sterile compressed air blowing (optional)

Washing media (water/air) is supplied through solenoid valves and specially designed nozzles that enter inside the bottle neck for effective internal cleaning while external jets clean the outer surface.

After completing the cycle, clean bottles are manually unloaded or automatically transferred to the next station.
