• Operation: Utilizes variable force swing beaters with knife and impact edges rotating within a cylindrical screen to control particle size, producing a narrow particle size distribution with minimal heat generation, ideal for heat-sensitive materials.

• Material: All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy sterilization, preventing cross-contamination.

• Design: Compact, noiseless, low-maintenance, with safety interlocks, emergency stops, and castor wheels for mobility. Easy disassembly ensures thorough cleaning.

• Capacity: Output ranges from 50-200 kg/hour, depending on the model, with screen sizes from 0.5-12 mm hole diameters.
