The Heavy Duty Multi Mill operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters with both knife and impact edges rotating at high speed within a selected perforated screen. This enables efficient size reduction, granulation, pulverization, mixing, shredding, and chopping of a wide range of wet and dry materials.

The Heavy Duty Multi Mill is a robust, high-speed size reduction machine designed for demanding industrial applications. It excels at granulating, pulverizing, milling, shredding, and chopping both wet and dry materials, especially tough or high-volume batches. It is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Biotech, and Cosmetic industries for processing APIs, excipients, granules, and herbal powders while maintaining GMP standards and precise particle size control.
Material is fed through the stainless steel hopper into the milling chamber. A high-speed rotor (750–3000 RPM) fitted with 12 swing-type beaters (knife & impact edges) and 2 scrapper blades subjects the material to impact, shearing, cutting, and attrition forces. The processed particles pass through interchangeable perforated screens (0.5 mm to 12 mm). Oversized particles continue milling until they reach the desired size. The blade rotation is reversible for better performance.
