Wire Mesh Conveyor

A Wire Mesh Conveyor (often just called a wire mesh conveyor) is a type of conveyor system that uses a belt made from interlinked metal wires, typically stainless steel, woven or looped together to form an open, flexible, and durable mesh surface. This design creates an endless belt that moves products continuously along a production line. The open structure allows for excellent airflow, drainage, and visibility, distinguishing it from solid belts like rubber or PVC.

Common constructions include:

• Balanced weave (alternating left- and right-hand spirals connected by crimped rods).

• Flat wire (hinged steel for a flat surface).

• Various mesh sizes, from tight weaves for small items to open grids for larger or heavier loads.
