Ampoules are loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine from where it is delivered to the feedworm. Feed worm rotates ampoule and during its operation transfer the ampoules to the Starwheel. The Starhweel is having rollers of same diameter as of ampoule body diameter. Starwheel transfer ampoules to the labeling station where ampoule picks label one by one and further moves towards pressing unit. Pressing Unit equipped with rubber belt for proper placing the labels. During movement of ampoules from pressing belt ampoules get labeled.
Duly labeled ampoules get collected on Outfeed Collection Tray for further operation. In case of printing unit opted labels will be printed with printing device before applying onto ampoules. There are encoders installed which sense gap between two labels and accordingly provide signals to print data onto labels.

Three models are offered: AASL-120 (up to 120 ampoules/minute), AASL-300 (up to 300 ampoules/minute), and AASL-600 (up to 600 ampoules/minute). This range suits various production scales from small batches to high-volume sterile injectable manufacturing.
It applies self-adhesive sticker labels. Label dimensions are typically 20–50mm in length and 15–60mm in width, with a roll core diameter of 75–76mm. Optional printing devices can add batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and other variable data.
A “No Ampoule – No Label” system prevents wasted labels. Ampoules move through a feed worm, starwheel, labeling station, and secondary pressing unit with a rubber belt for wrinkle-free, precise placement (accuracy around ±0.2mm). Imported sensors and encoders maintain consistency.
Ampoules can be fed via an infeed hopper for individual operation or a wire mesh conveyor for automatic feeding. Labeled ampoules are collected on an outfeed tray. The design minimizes breakage of unstable cylindrical containers while supporting continuous flow.
