How It Works

Working Principle of Powder Filling Machine

The system is made of three main components inclusive of- filling machine, screw conveyor system and an overhead or ground level storage unit. The screw conveyor system feeds the powder directly in to the hopper of the machine where powder levels drop below certain pre-set levels. The mechanism of the machine is designed in such a way that constant feeding of powder in the filling hopper is restricted. The machine is equipped with capacity sensors for perfect sensing.
