Working Principle

  1. Feeding: Granulated mix is fed via gravity or force feeders into die cavities on a rotating turret.

  2. Compression: Upper and lower punches compress the powder under high pressure.

  3. Ejection: Formed tablets are ejected and collected via a chute.

  4. Optional Add-ons: Cooling tunnels, dedusters, or metal detectors for post-compression processing.
